About ATC

This platform will provide a central connecting point for Adventist teachers and schools. Through technology, video conferencing, networking and collaborative lessons, teachers can partner with other teachers to create both academic and faith-based learning experiences for students. These interactions offer students authentic ways to develop 21st century skills (communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking skills).

Connect:

This is a database of Adventist teachers around the NAD and around the world willing to interact and collaborate with other teachers.Teachers can browse through profiles; find teachers they are interested in partnering with and connect virtually with the classes.  If time zones are a challenge, videos can be sent, or teachers can use other creative ways to communicate.

Participate:

This section is dedicated to Project-Based Learning. Teachers can find ready-to-go projects, share project ideas and post completed projects with the community of teachers. In addition to general subject-based projects on ATC, Seventh-day Adventist ministries & organizations can collaborate with ATC by creating projects or challenges for schools to embark on.This allows schools to become involved in the mission of these organizations and make meaningful contributions to their communities and churches.
