The purpose of this course is to develop within the learner a theology of leadership that is centered in biblical understanding and reflects an accurate perception of God. In so doing the learner will establish a foundation for sorting through the research regarding leadership theory and discover ways to transform their leadership practice in harmony with biblical principles.
You will need to watch 13 video segments of approximately 25 minutes each, complete the learning activity for sections 1, 2, 6, 8, and 12, and also take a short multiple choice quiz for each section. The 25 minute video segments generally have two sections: a lecture section, often including a narrative, and a conversational section with a small group on the topic of the segment. You’ll earn 1 continuing education unit (CEU) and a training certificate in your Adventist Learning Community ePortfolio.
By the end of this course you will form a theology of leadership and be able to explain and apply biblical principles of leadership within the context of your service.

I really appreciate this course since it has open up my capacity in church leadership. I recommend it to our leaders(Pastors, Elders and Departmental leaders) to take up this course and I believe they will never regret it.
Thank you so much! That's the best teachings for a young pastor like me. Awesome!
I found this course to be biblically grounded and relevant. The inclusion of the panel discussion at the end of each segment served to reinforce the lessons.
