Join Sharon Aka, Adam Fenner, James Gigante, and Steven Huset as they provide instruction on how to build continuing education course content for the Adventist Learning Community.
Building excellent training or continuing education courses involves several steps. The purpose of this course is to give you the tools necessary to support content development in your area of expertise. The instructional design model we employ at the Adventist Learning Community is called ADDIE. This is a generic educational process traditionally used by course designers, project managers, and those building training materials. The Adventist Learning Community follows this template for content development in every project deployed.
By the end of this course you will have the information necessary to create every segment of your course. After watching video instruction, completing the learning activities and additional readings, and completing the module quizzes, you will earn 1.0 continuing education units.
Great help! For the TelePrompter, I recommend the speaker looking straight forward all the time, instead of starting by reading from the side. Facing forward, I can't tell they are reading from a TelePrompter. From the side it is quite obvious.
This course was very helpful and enjoyable!
