The purpose of The Connecting with Your Muslim Neighbor course is to help you better understand Muslims, experience the heart of God for the world of Islam, and be empowered to share with Muslims the unique Adventist message of Salvation. You will experience a uniquely Adventist understanding of Islam, and will learn powerful tools of witnessing. You will learn the spiritual heritage of Ishmael which leads to the heritage of Muslims today. Within our unique witnessing principles, we will look at the life of Muhammad, the Qur’an, beliefs of Islam and discuss how we can connect deeply with Muslims for the glory of God.
The purpose of this course is to provide Seventh-day Adventists a bridge for starting conversations and developing meaningful relationships with Muslims and introducing them to Jesus.

Bryan Gallant is an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist church currently serving in the Iowa-Missouri Conference as the Refugee Ministries Coordinator along with pastoring two churches. For the last 15 years, he has worked with Muslims in various contexts from minority to majority and secular settings. Through the years Bryan has served in the North American Division, West Indonesian Union Mission, Georgia Cumberland Conference, Guam Micronesia Mission, The Quiet Hour, and Adventist Frontier Missions. Bryan and his wife, Penny, have four living children and two more waiting for the glorious return of Jesus Christ to be reunited with them. Together they have survived horrendous grief and seen the undeniable faithfulness of God through it all. They have served as missionaries in Micronesia, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Bryan is an international speaker and author who helps mobilize followers of Christ to love and serve their neighbors for the glory of God. He has a BSE in Mathematics and an MA in Islamic Studies.

Good practical tools for witnessing. False conclusions, the God of the Bible is not the same God in the Quran.
